Great Strides 2019

A 5K at Westside Park hosted by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to support and raise awareness for individuals with cystic fibrosis, a chronic illness that affects breathing function and often causes lung infections. Many of us have friends and family living with this rare genetic disease, and gathered in honor of them.
